Jiutian horizontal biomass carbonization furnace is composed of carbonization inner tank, insulation layer, furnace door, skip, combustible gas backburner pipe, dehumidification buffer tank, burner, exhaust pipe and thermometer. It can be equipped with pre-burning gasification Furnaces, flue gas purification devices, etc. The furnace uses the principle of anaerobic carbonization to remove volatile matter from biomass to achieve biomass carbonization. The carbonization process is completed in four steps: charging and sealing the furnace - preheating and drying - oxygen-free carbonization - cooling to produce charcoal. Furnace charging and sealing is to stack the biomass raw materials to be carbonized into a skip, push them into the carbonization furnace, seal the lid, and lock the furnace door; preheating and drying is to heat the furnace with fuel such as wood, and slowly heat it from normal temperature to 220°C -250ºC, the process time is 1.2-2.0 hours, and the moisture in the material and the air in the inner tank are discharged; anaerobic carbonization is when the temperature in the furnace is heated until faint yellow smoke begins to be discharged from the smoke pipe, that is, carbonization begins, and the combustible gas is recovered and enters the furnace for ignition. , adjust the air intake, and keep the temperature in the inner tank at 300-450°C for 2.0-3.5 hours. When the furnace naturally turns off, the carbonization is completed. To cool the charcoal, open the cooling water valve to cool the inner tank. When the temperature drops below 50°C, open the lid and release the charcoal.
