Charcoal Powder Briquetting Machine(also known as carbon powder extruder) is a carbon briquette forming equipment that uses the principle of screw extrusion to compress the prepared pulverized coal into a predetermined shape with a certain strength. The carbon briquette extruder adopts a hard tooth surface reducer, which is small in size and high in carrying capacity. The impeller inside the charcoal powder briquette machine is designed with thicker blades, and the impeller and the inner lining of the cylinder are made of wear-resistant precision casting materials, and the service life is 4-5 times longer than ordinary materials. The carbon briquette outlet at the head of the machine is made of replaceable wear-resistant alloy steel, which is easy to replace. The machine head and the barrel are spliced, which can be opened during maintenance, and it is very convenient to replace the internal impeller and barrel lining.
The carbonization rod making machine mainly consists of a feed port, a main machine (including screw propellers, forming cylinders and heating rings), a carbonization furnace (although this part is not directly involved in the rod making process, it is part of the overall process flow), and a discharge port. Put biomass raw materials such as wood chips, sawdust, branch crushing materials, peanut shells, rice husks, and plant straw into the feed port. The raw materials are sent into the forming cylinder through the screw propeller of the main machine. Under the close cooperation of the screw propeller, the forming cylinder and the heating ring, the raw materials are subjected to high temperature and high pressure and are squeezed into high-density rod-shaped solid fuel. In this process, natural adhesives such as lignin in the raw materials soften at high temperatures, which helps the bonding and forming of the raw materials. The formed rod-shaped fuel has high density, small volume, good flammability, and is easy to store and transport. The formed rod-shaped fuel is placed in the carbonization furnace and carbonized at high temperature. During the carbonization process, the volatile matter in the fuel is precipitated, leaving fixed carbon to form charcoal. The carbonized charcoal is cooled to ensure its stability and facilitate subsequent use. Finally, the charcoal is discharged from the discharge port, completing the entire production process.
