The working principle of coconut shell carbonization machine is based on high temperature pyrolysis technology. In an oxygen-free or low oxygen environment, biomass raw materials such as coconut shells are fed into the carbonization machine, and after multiple stages such as preheating, carbonization, and cooling, they are finally converted into high-quality activated carbon. During the carbonization process, the organic matter in the coconut shell undergoes pyrolysis reaction at high temperature to generate combustible gases (such as carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide) and solid carbon. These combustible gases are collected and purified through the recovery pipeline, and then sent to the combustion chamber as a heat source, realizing the recycling of energy.
