The working principle of the palm shell carbonization machine is to burn the material in a gasification furnace to produce flue gas. After the flue gas purification system filters out the wood tar smoke and other gas impurities, the flue gas is transmitted to the carbonization machine for combustion. When a certain temperature is reached, the carbonization machine adds the material to be carbonized. Since the carbonization machine is almost an enclosed space, it meets the need for lack of oxygen, so that the material will not burn into ash but only into charcoal at a high temperature of 800 degrees inside the carbonization machine after adjusting the speed of the conveying device inside the carbonization machine. The flue gas generated by the material burning in the carbonization machine is treated by flue gas purification and then returned to the carbonization machine for combustion, realizing continuous operation of thermal energy and achieving smokeless, environmentally friendly and continuous effects.
